In\nthis method, we use local and global weighted strategies to\nevaluate the effects of network genes from mutations according\nto the network topology and then calculate the mutation-based\npathway enrichment score (ssMutPES) to reflect the accumulated\neffect of mutations of each pathway. Subsequently, the ssMutPES\nprofiles are used for unsupervised spectral clustering to\nidentify cancer subtypes.",
